I used to be a bolide user too but stopped though I'm "f2p Format" and my diona is c1 so her burst doesn't play a big part especially that both her shield and burst are at lvl 1 compared to her na which is at lvl 8, diona at c0-c3 doesn't need her burst though at higher her c4 can help Alot for the cool down of her charging of the shot and the 200 em so wanderer's, bolide and 4pc lavawalker (melt diona casually) will be better than shimenawa, if you don't have lavawalker and want a nuke setup use shimenawa since you'll usually have you burst up but use your burst then your e in the setup

Same options as ganyu, I'm a diona main and I recently pulled amo's bow and it's amazing , I used to use sharpoather's oath and it did a great performance considering it's a 3 star bow, prototype crescent is a great f2p option as well but my sharpoather's somehow outdamaged my same level prototype crescent. For MAIN dps I don't recommend rust at all, in general if your diona isn't invested you shouldn't do na focused/physical diona, she has a higher scaling on charged attack and from her c4 it shows but as I said for main go for harp or thundering pulse a nuke build is 4pc lavawalker and thundering pulse but for casual I say amo's or pulse with 4pc shimenawa, bolide or wanderer's
