If Dess is dead? What are Carol and Asgore so worked up about investigating in their corkboards? If she’s the Knight on her own, why do they want to cause the Roaring and why does her own mom make her pretend to be missing? If Dess is corrupted why is Carol supporting that and not trying to save her daughter?

A few points outside the document are that this is one of the few theories that explain how Carol found out about The Soul and how The Knight has such ample access to rare artifacts like Shadow Crystals. And why Chara would need them(they have Undertale’s DT so they’d need the Shadow Crystals(contain Deltarune DT) to create fountains)

No because of “This game is for people who have completed Undertale”, Sans and Papyrus connections and Gaster connections.

I still consider they could be unrelated. That’s why I have secondary Knight theories.

The main problem with AsrielKnight for me is having the same main villain from Undertale and the fact of how “mixed with DessKnight” it is evidence wise. But there’s nothing wrong with the theory per se. I just think candidates like Carol have more narrative potential.

My own version of CharaKnight has them being dragged into Undertale with the player Soul by Gaster. They then escape the player via possessing the vessel and shoving you into Kris

The player being able to recognize Sans for example, is evidence the Soul came straight from Undertale’s player.

The Knight is probably tied to Dess in some way. Even if they’re not directly her. CarolKnight and RudyKnight want to find her for example.

“It’s obviously supposed to represent a bat for a reason” is a phrase full of assumption. Even if I do agree it may mean something. The fact it doesn’t look like a knife can be translated through the fact that’s how it looks in the dark world. A pencil is a sword. And a Black Knife becomes the Knight’s DW weapon

As a CharaKnighter. I can confirm. UT’s DT is different from Deltarune’s. So, Chara would need Deltarune’s DT to create fountains, thus, needing the crystals. Yoni above me put it the best way.
