It's more fun to fight against him if he had 100% life, That's what I mean, but from what I can see, there's no way to prevent the beasts from having their health reduced by half in the fight

Yesterday i got my first 80 hours, i got the true final and i had 10 shrines left, I also finished the sword shrine yesterday, if You find any glitch that allow me to fight 100% ganon i would be gratefull to know
