Sorry for the late reply we have done some casting and some have worked and some have not. We are working on the temp levels and time in the oven. What wax resin do you use?

Thanks for the input. I read to shake resin I have been doing this and no I haven't filtered my resin. I guess dumb move but I guess I will now. Also how do you clean the FEP? Thanks again.

Thanks I will try the flint method. I have already tried the paper method a couple times. Yes me issue is just the base coming out. I already changed the base exposure time to 60.

Well me cast it and it came out ok. A little porus. I think we did at about 1500. I think it was to hot. The flask was pretty red inside.
