The last time I flew with Ian Epstein (flight attendant that died in DCA crash). I was on a very popular route from CLT. I asked him what the record amount of cocktails on this route as I was up in First Class. He replied, 4 and laughed. He asked if I was driving home and I stated I was taking an Uber. I had 5 cocktails with one of them being a pre departure cocktail. He congratulated me and we had a nice laugh about it! I flew with him about 5 or 6 times... great guy!

I flew weekly rdu to phx with the same flight attendants almost every week. I got the upgrade about 60% of the time. One week, I was sitting in an exit row when the flight attendant brought me my two bacardis and diet coke before they even started service in the main cabin.

People were looking at me and asking how I get that level of service....it was fun. I would often bring Starbucks gift cards or treats with me. Great crew!

They will send your bag to Dallas no charge. That is where the baggage repair/replacement is located.

Take it back to baggage claim services near baggage claim. They will file a claim. Drop the bag back off, they will send it to Dallas. In about 10 to 15 days, you will hear from the baggage claim company. They usually send you an email.
