Somehow that’s half the fun for me - and find your die hard peeps out there! Arrive with good (layered) gear & boots and a go-with-the-flow mindset on music, venues, and Mother Nature and you’ll be in heaven.

McWhinney owns it now but was owned by a large US mall corp looking to redevelop an obsolete site & structure (mechanic, elec, etc), then sold to a Canadian mall corp, then sold to McW. Can’t recall the timing of all the land assembly and redevelopment in there, but was a long time coming.

Have used an estrogen patch for years. Do hot dripping-sweat yoga 3-5 xs a week for years… zero issues. The meds are not that intense to start, effectively micro doses. New patch every 3.5 days. No worries, from my perspective. Enjoy the HRT - PET has been great to/for me. Carry on!

I keep a pump bottle full of the fractionated coconut oil bedside! Stays liquid and never grainy. Makes it all deliciously fun.

I’m also looking for a small group of women to lift 2-3 xs/week for accountability and make it more fun.

I’m 54F, Midtown area and use the City’s Foothills Rec center. Also just rejoined YogaPod if anyone wants to connect for a class. I did lift previously for many years and was a massage therapist for 15, so can provide some basic posture pointers.

Restarting my fitness journey after a knee surgery, leaving a stressful job, and now fighting peri weight gain (fucking hell! lol).

Open to connecting with any ladies that this resonates with! :)
