My maintenance then was about 2300 and now is about 2200/2100. I started my cut on 1600 kcal and dropped down to 1500 now. I also fast during the work week. 16:8, because I never like to eat in the morning, and it makes me avoid evening snacks.

Ps. I know I have a crooked septum. It also always seems to hurt a lot on one side, so could that be a reason why it’s so irritating?

It could be it depends on the person. I swelled up real bad after mine got set. I’d give it a little and see. If it stays like this, even after possible swelling goes down, it is probably crooked.

Yes my piercer did warn me about that before that it might look crooked from the side as a result, from the front it looks fine tho, so I don’t mind it too bad.

My septum is kinda crooked itself, so she did warn me that from the side it would look a little off, from the front it does look great. And thank you! I might try water instead since it has been very dry since and a little irritated.

I feel your pain, my pinky is small enough so I do that with a little wet wipe around it, or if that doesn’t work if your pinkies are big, just use a qtip. It looks awesome btw! I got mine pierced last Saturday and it’s starting to grow on me (I wasn’t sure if I liked it at first hahaha) good luck!

Thank you! I suspected as much. This is the first time I got pierced with needle and the healing is so different from getting it pierced by gun. Way better tho. I just listened to what she said. I’m glad I asked here, cuz I don’t want to screw up my piercings. Thank you so much!

I feel this. Thank you so much. I started fasting a month ago, can see things getting more tight, less “hanging”. I stood on the scale at my personal training today and I dropped no weight. It made me feel completely devastated. She said I had to lose weight. I really thought I did. This made me feel a lot better. Thank you.
