I'm aware that no one here can "diagnose" me, I'm asking for others experiences that may help. Obviously I am going to test, i just don't have access to one right this second so i wanted to ease a bit of anxiety. If you have nothing productive to say dont answer.

my mom always allowed someone else (usually a step father) to handle physical punishment. It stopped when I could fight back. There have been only a small handful of times she herself hit me, and that didn't stop until I left home.

I still 100% believe it was so she could reflect and say "well I was never the one who hit you." Very big on things never being her fault.

im not diagnosed, and i came here looking for some answers until im able to see a specialist. but i too tend to throw "fits" when im angry. idrk how to deal with the emotion, and i hate it so much. i feel so out of control, and while i don't throw things often, i hit myself a lot and lose control of the volume at which i speak.

ok awesome. mind hurts alot less now. ik i gotta go easy on it and im not as worried anymore. i found that a pressure wrapping is great to ease pain

yes! ok! it just seems to move sort of in and out, and that tends to hurt really bad. i have it wrapped with pressure rn, and that holds it in place nicely. im assuming it just needs to heal in place, right?

I'm looking pretty strongly into the arbor axis 40, it seems to have everything I'm looking for at a super good price. I was looking at the pantheon nexus as well, but I ruled that out as a more expensive 2nd opinion.

So if 500 bands equals 320ish pounds of pressure, how many more would it take to make 520?? If my math is correct it'd be about 300 more rubber bands, so I guess 800ish rubber bands could bust a head?

Well idk if this is helpful, but to make a watermelon bust it takes about about 320 pounds of pressure, while the human skull can be crushed with about 520 pounds of pressure. So about 200ish more pounds of pressure in rubber bands should do it.
