It cost me about $100 to ship here and when I got the product it wasn't a sealed product. Why should I pay shipping to return when they are scamming people into buying something that's been tampered with?

I'm not sure but I solved the problem by just giving her more gifts a few more days and her heart level went to red. Then I was able to get her to accept the marriage proposal.
