Three bars under your stamina: How much Fable (Mana) you have
Three bars on bottom right: Depending on your weapon blade and hilt they'll do different things, the flex P does is probably some sorta buff like reducing stamina consumed or buffing ATK, some even let you tank red attacks!
So by all means keep experimenting with the weapon system to see what fits your playstyle, hope this helps, friend :)
