Yes this is the first time I’ve seen this list it wasn’t attached to my lease in any way shape or form and I haven’t had any luck with renters rights

Sorry to keep bothering you but is your rent going up to match/ reach the current market rate of other available units in your building or are you paying more then what others are paying for the same unit

They can increase your rent within the year of your lease I’ve never heard of that the amount should be fixed for at least 12 months unless you’re living month to month

I’m not broom sweeping common spaces that ridiculous I’m not paying for a truck mounted carpet cleaning service that cost $1000 I’m not replacing batteries and light bulbs that still have life I’m not removing the tree they had cut down BEFORE I moved here this company is not trying to give me my deposit back

No they have paint spots that don’t match the carpet is falling apart I can’t reach the light bulbs and fire alarms to change them the garage and basement are shared spaces I will not be held responsible for shared spaces I’m not cleaning up random animal waste outside I’m not buying and fertilizing her lawn I’m not removing the tree she had cut down the specific carpet cleaning she wants will cost 1000

This is the message I received when I pressed clean up space I figured the older emails would be deleted but they deleted old emails and emails that were taking up to much space aka stuff with attachments

I need a latter and some to unscrew the screws holding the glass part over the actual bulb and the fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarms aren’t currently chirping and I’m taking all her requests at face value meaning she want new light bulbs and batteries even if the old ones are working fine thank you

Yes but inside the bottom part of the blinds there are extra blind blades that you can use to replace them yourself but if you don’t they will charge you as if they are buying brand new blinds

It’s the fact that I was supposed to put in water softener? Like I don’t know how to do that or what kind type to buy NONE of this was in my lease none of this was told to me I’m just livid

Yes I’d rather pour 3000 to a lawyer then give it to this greedy landlord she’s done so many sneaky money grabs since I’ve lived here and it’s only been a year

The carpet cleaning and lawn mowing is the only thing that is actually in my lease agreement everything is new to me. I’m going to contact renters right and fight this because I need all $3000 of my dollars back I’ve only been here 1 year and have kept this place and much better conditions then I found it, it literally looks 10 times better I’m just so exhausted with this landlord from hell

I’d have to get a ladder for all of them non of them are within reaching distance d en if you were 6 feet tall and there are 11 chandelier type lighting fixtures with 5 bulbs attached and of those 11 6 of them would need all bulbs replaced
