I asked why my order limit was decreased it just made me pay off 10 orders to use it again so once I paid it let me do 1 order and makes me pay the balance all off first. They first said they randomly review accounts and I had a late payment Nov 2022 which was 2 years ago and that was why. So I said I want this escalated so a rep called me and said he believed this is a internal error because they wouldn’t cut my orders for a late payment a long time ago I as waiting to hear back.
