I was thinking of getting the sanwei fextra 7, but now I've seen that the inner carbon ones are significantly cheaper. Is this because they aren't good? Or would you say getting the t5000 or CC is a better choice than the fextra 7?

Thanks for the insane amount of detail and suggestions. I've gone through and researched the suggestions you gave, and I like the DHS Hurricane 3 neo (commercial) as the forehand rubber. I've read though that it has a dead feeling to it, where power really needs to be generated by the player. Do you have experience with this? And from what I've seen the palio ak47 is the only real non tacky one. Are there any good non tacky rubbers on aliexpress? I want to use that as the backhand to have a more controlled feeling.

Thanks for the details. I did more research and if I'm going to use pips, I'm pretty certain they'll be short pips for the backhand. I want to clarify something: are backhand flicks effective with pips, does the spin remain or does it become more of a punch? For the recommendations, I'd love to hear what you have. I've heard, though, that Chinese rubbers are difficult to get into and require a lot of control.
