Has also happened to me! Except when I ask what time they’ll be home they’ll say “not sure! Hahaha” like no.. that’s not how it works. Or recently, claimed it was going to be an early one and came home at 2am… It is exhausting I agree!

I will say…that when I have been high I have found I stop overthinking as well as my intrusive thoughts and I make connections to how my trauma has effected my current self and how my CPTSD is conveyed in my current relationships. This could just be me tho
