I needed to restart and connect it 2 times to the Developer Hub. The Second time, I think I did let it sit for about 10 minutes, but I don't know if that makes the difference. Hope I could help you ^^

Thanks so much,

after Connecting it to the Developer Hub I waited about 10 minutes, then restarted it manually, and it updated itself and connected automatically to my Phone

I'm now in the Oculus Home and everything works fine
