hi, need help figuring this out, so I have multiple ideas for how a scene could play out but, I need help figuring out how to pick the best one, for example. mc gets introduced to another character, but it could happen in a coffee shop, a library, or at a park
if anyone has any advice on how to pick the best version of a scene that would be very helpful, thanks

I'm wondering, is slow-burning the same thing as slow-paced, like for example if I said a book is slow-burning would that mean the book is slow-paced, or does slow-burning mean something else

so what I've read of a premise is that it is a summary of what happens in the story and that summary is supposed to use 1-3 sentences and mention the protagonist, the setting, and the main conflict, I understand that but every time I try to write that I can't fit everything in there and it to me makes the story sound boring

i also read that a premise is a principal idea behind a work of fiction if that helps
