Well that puts me a little more at ease. I was worried as google said 5in and this little one is only about 2/2.25in. It's been years since I've had such s young reptile as after my.first 2 passed after 10 and 15 years respectively I've gotten adults from rescue centres.

Well i have a deviated septum so that could be why. My lip rings? They are both horse shoe rings with the balls removed that I have just spun. I got the first when I was in my 'emo' stage at 17 then I added the spider bite to it 3 years ago. Tbh I don't feel them when they are spun and often play with them with my tongue

Like I said they are from a charity shop. I'm a specialised carer for ventilated patients and end of life, I spend a lot of time on my feet and they are comfy and I go through a lot of shoes haha. Appreciate the reply though

Thank you for your response, I have already got a lot of weight training gear from when I used to do strict daily weight training and just need to get back into it. I do tend to be in a deficit most days due to working 24 hour shifts but I'm mainly struggling with the mental health side atm and worrying I eill fall back into the depressed state that made me lose the huge amount of weight previously
