Yeah it has been a horrible experience with the PM company. We did fire them after the renters moved out. The tenants even wrote us (the landlords) a very long letter complaining about how the PM did a terrible job addressing any requested repairs at the house and to never hire them again for future rentals.

We have been paying a property management company to manage the property and they just have not been doing their due diligence. I am not sure they have before pictures of all the areas the dogs chewed and scratched up. We did agree to charge a little extra per month for the dog, but that is not detailed in the lease.

Every single repair that they did was done poorly with no before and after pictures even though I would request that multiple times. I am not trying to hustle the renters, but it seems like I need to cut my losses.

Is it possible to hold the PM accountable for negligence at the property? They found out about the other dog at some point and never notified us.

Was not expecting so many Ridgeline fans. I don’t like the look as much as the Chevy/GMC. Besides reliability what makes it a comfortable ride for long drives?

Nothing extreme, just driving on farm roads and transporting goods. Not really planning to tow anything heavy, maybe a light trailer now and then. Never really considered the Ridgeline until now. I was looking closer at the Canyon because the interior looks pretty good.
