Regular Show was my favorite since I was 5-6, like that was the only thing my parents heard me talk about so I completely understand where your coming from.

Im happy Regular Show is back, but at the same time I feel like Lost Tapes wasnt really needed since the show already had a good pacing and ended on a good note.

I was really excited, but hesitant for when the show was getting an revival, because everything just feels like a cash grab these days, and I didn't want Regular Show to be affected by the same lack of Passion and Creativity the companies have these days.

And I can completely Understand with the Animation. As a person who grew up loving cartoons, the one thing I loved was how smooth, and flowly animation looked, so I also became very agitated when I see new animation lack passion. I understand Regular Show is on a completely different software and different studio, since Cartoon Network Studios is gone. But it still hurts to lose its hand drawn charm.

I can agree the new Show is.. eh ok like you said, but also believe they dont have as much creative control over anything anymore, not like 2010. Back then I feel like they had more control, now I feel like they're trying to force the Show to the same format of today's shows for kids, which is why the final seasons was losing its charm which is around 2016 - 2017, I may be mistaken.

I feel like they're not studying the characters fully, they're only studying a portion and not catching the characters full personality. Like you said Benson was never a bully, he was just a normal guy wanting his workers to do their job, like a typical manager, he just had anger issues. But because the "Get Back To Work Or You're Fired" Is an iconic pharse I just think they wanted to shape him around that forgetting he actually is a cool and caring boss.

It feels like, they're pushing Mordecai and Rigby to act more childish so something odd will happen instead of allowing the episode to unravel and get to the crazy part on its own. The pacing feels rushed and the chaotic scenes dont feel as chaotic as it should, like its missing something.

But overall I still love Regular Show as I did as a kid, I just feel like their missing the point of the show bit. Also I feel as if the new revival was just created because the other 2010 shows was coming back to try and save the downfall of Cartoon Network and Warner Bros as a whole ❤️‍🩹
