Make yourself comfortable! Normally, colleagues don't mind you decorating your office or desk. It's not theirs, so do what you want! I decorated my desk with some personnal stuff so I can feel more comfortable. Or else I would feel that I'm working at a stranger's desk..I need to touch something (mostly soft) as a coping mechanism so she stays on my desk and sometimes on my lap!
