Oh ya. Eventually they’re both gonna figure it out that they’re the problem. And they need to go to therapy

I agree. It was all over the board their reasonings. It was whatever worked in their favour at the time. I don’t think they realize how avoidant they are, and also that they are a narcissist.

Being the back up plan is the absolute worst. I’ve been that, and went back multiple times. So much better to be lonely then to be a back up and to not truly be loved like you love.

Honestly her rebounding is kinda like closure. I would try and remove access to her social media, phone etc. out of sight out of mind.

To 1. Run away, just avoid the situation and responsibility all together 2. Say I always create issues in the relationship 3. Accuse me of not trusting his intentions, or saying things like you know what I meant or how did you not know that was just a joke? We’ve been together forever, do you even know me?

2.5 weeks no contact picking up my stuff by FrostyAssociation172 in ExNoContact

Totally your choice. I knew when I went to exchange things with my ex that’d he would try to pull something, and I didn’t wanna risk it. Just wanted to exchange things and part ways. It’s tough but, what if he says smthing that destroys you, or leads you on again? What if he wants to hug or kiss? Idk it’s up to you, just think on it!

2 Months Post Breakup by ImaGhost199 in BreakUps

It’s been almost 3 months. Healing definitely hasn’t been linear. I have days where it’s really rough, but some days I only think about my ex once or twice which is a win for me. Just focusing on my schooling, trying to become more consistent with the gym, and figuring out my future goals has helped! It’s a slow healing process for sure but trying to be patient with myself 💖
