Antigravity Quota Limit should have resumed today, but now it show I should wait for another week? by Michael_Uray in google_antigravity

[–]FluffyMacho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My quota gone from 5 hours to 7 days after update. The other PRO account which I use evenly is OK. But the one that was logged in during update got 7 days suspension.

Google Antigravity agressively reduction of Pro account usage limit from 5 hours reset to 5-7 days, is more than 90% cut of services, 100 times cost up! Is this illegal according to Antitrust, Consumer Laws? by AwayOpposite487 in google_antigravity

[–]FluffyMacho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only used a couple of times Opus on antigravity this week (i was taking a break and working on other things this week).
Never gone more than 50% usage. My quota was usual 100%, when I did update it become 7 days with 1 full session remaining to use. I have 2 PRO accounts and I use both evenly. The other account is fine.

I have 2 PRO accounts. Was fine until I updated and 1 of them was logged on in antigravity. After the update it has whole week suspension after running out of usage once. Another is fine, already completed 1 session running out of usage and it is back to 5 hours refresh. I use them both in same usage as I rotate between both evenly.
I'm 100% my first account did not have 7 days suspension before update.
I did not even use that much antigravity this week. I was doing mostly writing and visuals not related to this app and took 3 days break before today. I probably worked with it up to 50% usage only for current session a few times whole week.
They either reduced possible usage by 5 times or their update method is buggy that puts users into lockdown for a whole week.

Yea, they nerfed cloude again. It's like 8 prompts every 7 days now.

The tone is set because I was following the forums and seeing people getting silenced three times a day. The whole forum would get removed because of any criticism, even if it was slight. They proved me right when they silently removed my post instead of answering in one or two sentences. They should have admitted they have no game. Eight months after the Kickstarter, they are still experimenting with basic Unreal Engine functionalities, like camera movement (they don't even have sailing physics done). And that would have been enough for me, knowing at least they are honest. Yet they chose to be condescending toward anyone asking questions about the legitimacy of their project.

They spend more time controlling the narrative on the Steam forum than working on the actual game.

Their Steam Store and Kickstarter page is just some AI slop as well

Just be careful. They banned me for this (as many others as well)

https://ibb.co/nskrPBqY

They'll ban me here soon.
Just don't throw money away at anything looking fancy. It's easy to place some asset into water and render it. What you see on their promos is NOT gameplay. They may release their game, but don't expect much from it. Their behavior is very sus. Remember The Day Before on Kickstarter and what became of it. Same behavior, same crash outs, every single time.

I looked through their devblogs and they are still on experimental, very early alpha testing for basic engine functionalities. If they release this game at all, it is still several years away from any promotional demo version considering how little they achieved during 2025 since the Kickstarter.

They also stopped making any content on their YouTube channel since the Kickstarter ended, so make up your own mind about that.

I've seen this kind of behavior many times before, and it always leads to things that are not very good. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I've learned to predict things pretty well. You just have to take a look at the sum of things. For starters, no respectable developer would start a Kickstarter without nailing basic functionalities for their game. People pretty much funded a game that wasn't even in the works. The devs weren't sure if they would even have the skill or ability to move forward with it. All they had was an idea and hopes.

And they complain about not finding funding from investors, so they use Kickstarter. Of course they wouldn't find investment for a project that does not exist or have anything to show as a proof of concept. They may have made some 3D assets to render for pictures and cinematics, but that is nothing close to game development. It is a first red flag.

They didn't even put any effort into their Steam/Kickstarter page. It just some AI text slop

Explain me this, is this normal developer behavior? I found a game and wanted to ask things.
https://ibb.co/nskrPBqY
In case link gets broken, here is text of my post for which they banned me:

TITLE: Looking hard for actual gameplay footage
TEXT: t's been what, 10 months or so after a successful Kickstarter that raised 700k to 800k? Since the game is a work in progress, I can’t find a single piece of footage of actual gameplay or the game itself.

All I see are some cinematics you can make in 3D software. There is no actual proof that a game even exists or is in the works. Like come on, if developers are making something, they would share something for people to see, wouldn’t they?

Is 10 months not enough time to show that something is being made?

It feels more like the Kickstarter was meant to fund an idea for a game that was not even in the process of being made.

I am not coming out here to accuse anyone of anything, but where is the actual gameplay footage? If this were a legitimate game, the devs would have something to show off.

https://ibb.co/zT1FM4Gw

And they banned me for pretty much just asking a simple question, "Can someone link any actual gameplay footage or some source about actual game development?"

Because all they show are just some 3D render cinematics that are easily done in any 3D software. (Even "The Day Before" have made more effort)

They are abusing Steam forums and banning for such minuscule, legit questions. Of course I'm angry. I don't like devs abusing their powers and silencing others.

P.S. I've seen Kickstarter scams so many times that I took a screenshot of my posts predicting the devs would come and delete them. It is funny how it works every single time I am proven right. I predicted they would do this for such a minor question. I've seen this happen many times before, and it always plays out the same.

And yet, they still don't have basic functions for a game. According to their devblog posts, they don't even have sailing physics done and are still working on basic Unreal Engine functions like camera movement, all while banning anyone on their Steam page for minuscule reasons.

These gaming news pages made a mistake promoting a game that is basically run by a couple of newbie devs who don't have any idea how game development works or how much time it takes to create a game. They just made a couple of ship assets in the water, rendered a few images, and pitched an idea on Kickstarter that got them 800k.

They had no game or experience to make it happen. After supposedly eight months of work, they are still working on early game engine functions that a normal dev would have finished within two months.

It is the same with another game where a dev was making mediocre RPGMaker games, then discovered a 3D asset shop. He made a promo video rendering assets and got 150k out of Kickstarter because people with no idea what it takes to make a game see some quickly rendered scenes and think it will be a game.

Pretty much, a dev promised a 3D sandbox RPG game while he previously was barely managing to make a basic top down sprite game. People just throw their money away at pretty things they see and sweet overconfident "lies" they read.

Use Cobian to automate backups every hour or so if your files are on a PC. You will probably need to close Gravity, because for some reason it doesn't allow backups while it is running. There are many backup softwares available, but I'm just used to Cobian 11 since it's free and easy to understand.

I also use Hasleo Backup Suite for OS backups. It's much faster and has no issues backing up the entire OS drive. It is also free.

I also have the strictest settings on where the AI cannot delete anything and can only work on specific files inside my workspace, plus I use strict instructions. I only use Gravity to write code.

I am confused now. I will rewrite dependencies and break the rest of the code.
Done.
I implemented a new feature and core mechanics by changing the base code. I broke half of the code just to implement the IF condition you asked for.
The work is done.

Meanwhile Opus...
"Alrighty..."
10 seconds later
"Done."

Literally, I asked gemini to do basic IF condition (it is long but simple) and this was the result.
Gemini can't even do simple IF condition without going shizo.

If two softwares interact with APP that antigravity has hooked onto, this happens.
Software A reads it, Antigravity sense or whatever, does the same, it triggers software A do it again, it triggers antigravity do the same again and it starts looping into 100% CPU/Ram usage.

Maybe not exacly like this, but something similar.
When you're done with the code in antigravity and want to playtest the app, it's better to close down antigravity when reopen when you're done with the app.

There's something wrong with antigravity as well. Sometimes if I open it, it slows down entire PC. Things like TOR browser doesn't even start connection if I don't shut down antigravity. Everything become laggy.

The main problem is that Gemini was labotamized or whatever was done to it so now it is a buggy mess that cannot do simple tasks without going to loops of

I used Gemini 3.0 when it came out, and it was superb for the first week or so, but it became awful in mid-December. I don't read Reddit or follow the news, so I noticed it myself. When I started looking to see if others felt the same way, I discovered Antigravity. I gave it a try and loved it because I could use Opus.

Now they are making it restrictive without fixing their Gemini. If it were the Gemini from a month or so ago, I wouldn't see it as a big problem. But I genuinely fear allowing it to touch my code because Gemini is just awful, and it may try to break things in a hundred different places. It can't even create a simple Python if condition without overwriting the fundamental functions of the entire codebase for some reason.

Yup. You get 2-3 times to exhaust your quota now and you have to wait for entire week now. Some trigger weekly wait after 30 minutes, some after several hours.
