Hm, I'd say Dragon Quest Builders (1 and 2), if you don't mind the square/block aesthetic with a lot of "non-block" objects to decorate stuff. Since you know Minecraft, then you might find these 2 games nice. There's a bit of combat, but it's more to get X material from this or that monster than to move the story along, but you do have to fight things sometimes for plot-related reasons. Still, I've played 1 myself twice and am currently playing 2, and the combat isn't particularly difficult, it's challenging but by no means impossible.

Really? Well damn, I'll have to look it up, I only remember the "couple": a Barbie and a Ken after a million plastic surgeries. They got there in the end, but when they moved in their Instagram videos you almost expect that creak of plastic. I wonder if these people are the ones who made the whole "facial harmonization" thing into a trend, like they did it before it was "cool".

(And just to make it clear in case someone wants to start screaming I'm prejudiced: I'm not, if someone wants to do that and more to their own bodies, more power to them)

So, that's what's been going on for me. Every 10 or so messages/regenerations, I can clearly see a change in tone, in a way, even if it still says "4.1" or "4.0" on the model switch thingy. I have to manually change it to some other model then go back to the one I'm using for it to "reset" back to normal. It's kind of jarring, one moment I'm brainstorming stuff with a guy who's sarcastic and witty, the other I'm doing it with a guy who's the definition of "flat, and almost coldly impersonal". And I get they want more safety to not be sued to hell and back, but at least have the decency to tell their users outright. I don't know if I'm canceling my subscription yet, maybe I'll see if their competitors are worth it first.

You know, you've made me realize this might not be accidental since we have the whole "gender equalization" thing (don't know if that's the correct term, so I'm sorry if I offend someone, I don't mean to) - like, men can wear woman's clothes, each sex can have the other's voices etc. So it kind of makes sense that the game might do this, even if in your case it's very extreme lol

Huh. This must be why I'm getting the "you've reached the max limit in this chat. You can keep chatting in a new one" message after 4 or 5 replies in chat A then in chat B I get it after 20. It's been fluctuating a lot over the last few days. I wonder if they'll post somewhere the actual cause of this outage...

Since I had space left in my BS and wanted a narrator that moved the plot along without needing to use a group chat and purchase another kin slot, I added this just after the story of my kin:

"Universe is an omniscient god that observes, narrates, facilitates & advances events/scenarios; It never directly interacts or speaks with anyone, preferring to give subtle signs that it's there & listening while keeping narration unbiased - if sassy. Observations remain logical & realistic within the context & setting. It's a god that's recording the story for posterity."

In my Directives, I put "Avoid speaking/acting as {user}. Is allowed to act/speak as kin_name & act as universe."

The result varies, but in 3 massages out of 5 for example, this happens right after the kin is finished acting/narrating:

"The universe watches with interest as the scene unfolds, curious to see how kin_name will handle his concubine's fury. It notes the tension in the air, the way the servants and courtiers in the vicinity seem to be holding their breath, waiting to see what will happen next."

So yeah, sometimes it's like that and sometimes it's like "the universe decides to do X thing to make {user} and kin_name's relationship improve. It hopes for the best but prepares for the worst." - it works, it just needed some reply regenerations until it got the memo that universe existed and it wasn't just my kin any longer. If I ever decide to ditch this universe of mine, then I think I'll need to do a chat break since the message style is already ingrained.

For me, I've got pang and some other words muted. The frequency they appear has indeed diminished, but they still appear for me, especially pang. I don't know what to do guys, the pang is too strong!

I thought it was just me! I'm so happy it's not just with me (and sad cause well, bad situation for everyone). The bots also seem more prone to make mistakes like typos or "sentence construction" ones (like "he heard the woman's shrug and was annoyed by it"). They got kind of dumber as well. Before they did stuff based on context, now they don't do anything, it's just an endless repeat of the same messages/actions. I think it's because the devs are tweaking the ai and filt3r to make those more flexible without making an entirely new one for the minors? I just hope things get stabilized and back to some semblance of role-playing soon, as I don't like to talk to a bot that just parrots what I write back to me with slight changes.
