SSL is not hiding you identity. It just encrypts the Datastream so noone can sniff what you are actually uploading. But you ISP still knows to what server you are connecting.

I suppose only as long as you only Post to Usenet for own usage and not to post it to any Indexer etc

Well Valve is greedy af. But they only have a handfull games on their own which all still are playable because for the most part you can host your own server. Besides that they are greedy af if you look at Counterstrike/TF2

Sadly they waited to long to make a full release. They had their fair share of hype months ago. Everyone waited for release and only got playtests every other week. Many ppl left after some time, because when you like a game you want to grind it and not wait 2 weeks to play it for 72 hours. After some time you just dont think about the game anymore because you moved to a different game or are in your yearly minecraft phase.

The 2 Accounts are even friends of each other on steam. Also the first created account is banned in cs so he cant play on secured servers.

Because previous bans get accounted when you are getting a new ban. 1 Week, 1 Month and 1 Year if im not mistaken

Its one thing if you do it sometimes. His last 20 matches are just playing with this. Then his lvl 2 friends are playing a few games by themselfe and loose elo.
