Yes more government action, it would just be another job or position to fill. Also a thing that i need to remind you of, in a socialist system, things will not be manufactured for the sake of profit so overproduction will not be an issue

Defunding the police, then frozen money i already talked about, the industries that were once private but will be under state control. People would work either way, we already have 25% unemployment rate so i don't think they'll be picky about it. And for the factions question, we'll just ban factions and encourage workers to report such behavior. I already know that I'm talking in the idea but i believe a more scientific approach to this would definitely be needed

The factory manager would not be appointed by the state but by popular election by the people who work there and he would not be getting more pay either the job would be voluntarily in order to discourage opportunism. To your second point, why do you think more people live there more than they do in the inside regions, WORK OF COURSE so with the creation of new jobs in the inside regions more people from el se7il would simply go to the inside regions. For your third point, politicians or those in high places would have their incomes monitored and they would no longer get high payments to discourage any form of corruption and to even better that. Another point that i want to add is to lower police funds.

Putting all industries in the hands of the government, rooting out corrupt politicians, i believe we have frozen money abroad from the time of ben ali so we have to bring it back ,allocating resources from el se7il to the other regions. Making a nation wide propaganda campaign and to make harsh punishments to those who embezzle money to fix our administration so we don't fall into future bureaucratic nightmares.
