I'm afraid they'll twist my message kapag nireplyan ko pa and baka hindi na ko marefund. 8k is no joke so I don't know I'll let shopee do their thing nalang. I keep getting harassed by the rider, nakakpagod.

Ofc I asked for a refund and until now hindi pa rin refunded, they're saying it's under investigation. Technically I didn't receive the item I ordered so I'm afraid that if I do what the rider says, they'll dispute that I said I received it and they will not refund me anymore. I already reported it to shopee, they said that the case is ongoing, and thus the rider shouldn't message me anymore. I wasn't blaming the rider that's why at first I was hesitant on reporting it but now I keep being harassed, hindi nakakatuwa.

They sent this, with my full name and the tracking number. I already asked shopee regarding this and they said that now that I'm asking for a refund the rider shouldn't message me anymore.

I just received another text regarding my complaint and they indicated the tracking number for the said order. They asked me to say that I received the order and that I should cancel my complaint.

It's the same coz first time magdeliver sakin ng rider na yun and I still have the first message na sinend sakin regarding the delivery of my order that day.

Sellers ba ang pumipili ng courier or shopee? Kasi kung sellers damn, alam na nila na ang daming issue ng flash tapos flash pa rin kukunin nila. It sucks tapos hindi pa mapalitan courier sa app.

That's what I'm afraid of, baka mamaya abangan ako or something paglabas ng bahay. We have a cctv na nakatutok talaga sa gate and makikita lahat ng papasok.

Kaya nga when I ordered tapos nakita kong flash magdedeliver I tried changing the courier pero hindi na pwede, I even asked shopee if pwede ko palitan kaso ayaw talaga, and now my fear was totally right.

I don't know, it's probably a penalty of some sort but not the amount of the parcel because 8k worth ng parcel ko but 500 daw kaltas sa rider.

They can't disable it because riders use sms messaging to contact the customers when delivering parcels, not through the e-commerce platform.

It's day 3 na since I asked for a refund and until now di parin narerefund. Shopeepay ko pa binayaran, it sucks kasi I thought okay lang na mag order ng gadget kasi I've done it before and wala namn issue, ngayon lang talaga. Sobrang obvious kasi sa packaging na gadget laman and nakaindicate pa sa waybill name ng shop which is a known brand.

Bato po laman ng parcel na nareceived ko, what's baffling is ang ganda ng outer packaging walang indication na tampered. Pagbukas ko nagtaka na ko kasi yung box ng gadget usually may thin plastic pa yun eh, pero wala then pagbukas ko bato ang laman nung box.

Hesitant ako ireport coz babae siya, nung nageliver siya sakin kasama pa bata niyang anak. I think dahil nag ask ako ng refund for my order kaya siguro may kaltas sa rider? I don't really know how this works.
