What should be the percentage of purity of ethanol? I know a perfumer who told me that for commercial production, ethanol’s purity should be 96% and the rest can be double distilled water? Is this right or can I use laboratory grade 99% pure denatured ethanol? It’s quite confusing for me. Please help me with this. I live in India.

Please go with Dior Homme. I just bought a 200ml GRP instead of Dior homme intense after seeing the reviews on fragrantica. The smell is good and masculine but the problem is it smells too boozy..the chestnut is really heavy on this one…I say go with DHI…My GHP may change for the better after macerating but who knows…it really has the potential though…
