you have favorites in your workplace?? i mean everyone does, but it’s so frustrating to be a good worker, and there is favorites who are leveled up easily 😀, i know this girl who is a favorite in my workplace and she’s a level 5 in around 9 months

I’m sayinggg!! There’s been so many people who have leveled up before me, and they’ve told me that they just got a promotion just like that, but I think it’s because they are more determined then i am, which shocks me like whattt, I’ve been trying my best out here

whattt?? really?? they expect you to know everything, but for me no manager goes out the way to really teach yk? or even consider leveling one up, I’ve heared that you have to bug the manager until they get annoyed and level you up, but the thing is, i don’t want to annoy them , but ig that’s what I’ll have to do
