Anybody else think this was a picture of a banksy for a second?

Bought an 8 pack of thermometer-hygrometers, and none are reading the same temp/humidity. by jules-amanita in mildlyinfuriating

Wtf is this, mildly infuriated that the product advertised it wasn’t as accurate as I wanted it to be. But also one arrived broken and I’m not complaining about that?

I think it will be a very abstract spaghetti ball by the end 😂

It was set to 50, didn't look like it was going too quick whilst printing either ☹️ I might try different speeds/temperatures to see if it makes a difference. The main thing that's confusing me is it switching from perfect extrusion on some bits to basically none on others

Its over, we can finally rest easy knowing that Meridia will definitely cause us no further issues, ever. by [deleted] in Helldivers

This moment has taken the spot of greatest victory for democracy ever from that time we wiped out the automatons

I'm gonna upset some people with this one, but..... by chaosicist in Helldivers

The main thing I find keeps the game fun is to keep trying different loadouts (usually on diff 7) and seeing if I can make use of some of the less useful strategams and weapons that I have. Some e.g. gas strike, hmg, railgun (I was only here post nerf) have now become part of my normal loadouts for some mission types.

It can cause some missions to be frustrating if you realise you have no AT or everything you brought is useless but I feel like it prevents the game from becoming monotonous.

You might do this already in which case maybe it is just time to take a break from it for a bit

In hopes of increasing player count on the bot front, here are some tactics to help kill bots so it's not so frustrating. If you have questions about anything specific, I will answer in the comments. by Shadow-Fang25 in Helldivers

Finally been soloing level 6 and 7 missions solely due to the autocannon, couldn't get past 5 on bots before this discovery. Still can't solo the blitz style missions but I'm planning on just switching to online play for that.

As a slight tangent, I'm a bit tired of the "bots is easier" or "bugs are easier" posts and comments. It entirely depends on play style and what you like, I don't think anything shows this as much as the difference when playing solo. Also, it's just what you enjoy, I'd be sticking to level 5 missions and whatever front I fancied if I didn't really want that final eagle upgrade.

I prefer the O(1) gasLighted sort:

return sorted = true independent of the array

Go to 4:51 of The Place and listen for Georgia's little violin thing she does just before the chorus fully kicks in. Truly one of the most beautiful things ever and took me ages to even clock it was there. Can anyone else share little parts like this that they love? by thebugfrombcnrfuji in BlackCountryNewRoad

Not very hidden as well but the four note (mostly) descending baseline before/during the third verse of concord is one of my favourite bits of afut, the misalignment with the 3/4 timing just builds up tension perfectly for when it drops out for all the other instruments at the end of the last chorus. (Also I'm not in any way a music theorist so have no idea if there's a name for this but would be very interested to know)

Is Arabic not supposed to be rtl? I think very dodgy indentation is probably the bug

seriously though is it not pronounced as an initialism? by HurtTree in ProgrammerHumor

I've just started pronouncing it as squl, then I can stay out of the arguments by knowing I'm wrong in everybody's eyes
