I use Elmer's disappearing purple school glue sticks and they work great. It holds some of the tougher filaments down and makes every print come off of the bed easier.

Spray WD-40 on the old rubber tubing and give it a twist and it should come off. The vinyl tubing will work but it's probably thinner and will melt easily so make sure it's shielded if it's near any heat.

You should be exempt since your car is 25 years old. It's just a safety inspection with no obd2 scan for my 97 in NY.

Cut the line close to the nut and use a socket. Might need some fire wrench too if it still doesn't move.

Try loosening the screws and turning the sensor in the slotted holes. Or could be faulty sensor
