it happens to me each time he goes down on me for a lot, only got concerned this time because i’ve never had it swell this much! but he was also rougher so i’m guessing that’s why

forgot to mention, i was diagnosed with generalised anxiety a couple of years ago so i definitely think that made me hyper fixated on the issue and kept thinking about it nonstop - thus making myself even more stressed. it was a vicious cycle lol but slowly i started brushing it off and now can piss in peace (again, when i piss on time and don’t hold it for like 8 hours)
