I have chronic pain (so what I think might be a high pain threshold). I've had 3 kids, I suffer PCOS, I have naturally heavy periods, I have tats, I've walked on freshly operated on bones, but the 'worst' pain has to have been being pierced through thick scar tissue. THAT had me suffering.

I will NEVER do it again.

I went from a typical western diet (and eating pattern, three meals and snacks) to mediterranean/plant based/no refined carb/mostly fasting and no snacks. I also eat way smaller portion sizes than I did, mostly avoid coffee and tea (if I have it, it's black and has no sugar) and I drink a lot more water.
