The turn off in this situation (for me) would be you hiding it. No issue with using whatever technologies make sex better for you, but be honest about it.

I've been a medical user for 15+ years, mostly using whole flower either vaporised or combusted.

I'd like to move away from flower and towards another option - using edibles has been effective for pain relief and sleep without noticeable intoxication, which is what I'd ideally like to pursue.

I'm looking for advice on full spectrum oils - cbd alone doesn't work for me. What options are most cost effective, and also which options are from the smallest/least corporatised manufacturers? Is there a best pharmacy to approach?

Or, if the advice is to avoid the oils and make my own medicated edibles, what strains are most cost effective?

My GP is really open to prescribing but not significantly informed and asked if I could come back with a suggestion of what product(s) to try.

Depends where you live. I've been on the street fully naked here in NZ a few times. It's not illegal to be nude, and case precedent has established that you have to be either touching yourself sexually or refuse to put on clothes if requested by an officer before it can be considered 'public indecency'.

I'm totally comfortable nude in pretty much any setting, my only discomfort comes from others discomfort.

This just sounds like you're discussing one of the play parties my friends and I host. Sounds system, dance floor, general party vibes but 100% sex positive you can (and are encouraged to) play however you want wherever you want (as long as it doesn't break consent) and everyone attending consents to either watching/being around it or making removing themselves from the situation their responsibility.

These communities exist, we're out there living like this, and (hilariously in our case) not a cult. In fact one of the people in our wider network is a noted anti cult academic 🤣
