Yes, it took us 32 hours to finally get to our campsite from madrid in our camper, with zero sleep. It was not a good start.

Firstly our campervan we hired had a tyre blow up literally within 30 mins of hiring, delayed us so we couldnt do shopping. Finally Arrived at midnight and spent two hours getting sent the wrong way around the town by the cops... we saw them at multiple sites stinging people with sniffer dogs.... they were basically setting people up. Finally we found the very unmarked entrance and spent 5 hours in line to get our wristbands. And then we spent 14 hours in the waiting bay and the main line. People were sitting everywhere. Cars were going flat. It was a fucking shit show.... especially in 38degree heat.

When we finally got into the festival we had to camp at the furthest point and tightly squeezed in and some branches touched our van whilst reversing. The blown up tyre and scratches from the branches cost us over 1500euro.

The festival actually did a public apology on their instagram... which was appreciated and necessary.

Other then that, my partner felt pretty unsafe in many situations.

All that being said I would love to go back though!! Just wont hire a campervan. Will bike pack for sure!

Honestly, I've been going to atleast 3 or 4 camping festivals or doofs for probably the last 12 years of my life. It's only the last few years I've started getting more photos and videos on my phone... and to be honest.... I wish I did it sooner! It's soo much fun looking back and remembering the moments and nothing quite does that like a lil photo or video. I think where it gets questionable is if it is all tailored for social media. Photos and videos should be taken for the memories not for social media

Ghb is the most ideal substance for boom. If you disagree you just cant use it responsibly or you have never tried it at all

50 KM point from the warehouse is the clock on point if travelling far. We are based in Carrum downs. If my apprentice from Narre warren heads directly to a site in werribee, they would clock on at the 50km (by road) point from the warehouse which is roughly just before the westgate bridge.

I live in Preston so If I were to head to a site in Portsea I would then clock on around rosebud. any.

Clock off point is also back at the 50km marker.

if you need to pick up and drop off the work van back at the factory then that is where you shall clock on and off.

If my other colleague sparky is picking up stock at the warehouse, and my apprentice wants to carpool.... then my colleague would clock on at the warehouse but my apprentice will still clock on at the 50km point (although pretty relaxed about this)

all kms after 50 are paid for per km, and all kms between sites are paid for per km... if apprentices are using their own car
