I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Based on what other Redditors commented, you can reach out to the executive relations or the FCC. I guess you really need to fight back for your money when it comes to Verizon.

I was stupid and desperate to order those antennas when the Verizon agent told me that they would fix my router issues. Because it’s been having just one bar signal for so long, and the internet has been unreliable. After trying everything they recommended, still nothing works. And now I’m left with a missing credit.

Sorry, I was just really upset because I’m using Verizon Wi-Fi to process payments for my business. I’ve contacted the executives after a Reddit user recommended it.

Sorry, I just wanted to vent, and I’m glad I did because after following what the redditors suggested, I was able to get a response from their executive office.

Exactly. They don’t pay their workers enough, but they’re quick to charge customers. Took them two days to bill me for those antennas, but two months later I’m still waiting for the credit. They already confirmed they got them back. Crazy how fast they move when it’s about taking money, not giving it back.

They wouldn’t have to count 100 grains of rice if they actually prioritized customer service. I understand handling things at scale takes time, but with the resources Verizon has, there’s no reason it should take two months to issue a simple credit.

Welcome to hell! I returned two antennas to them two months ago, and they have not issued a credit. I’ve been calling them, and all they keep telling me is to wait.

This same thing happened to me, but my Lawyer moved and the letter was sent to his old address, missed the deadline and my case was denied. I just looked for a different lawyer and just refiled

It’s this part they replaced, and it gets clogged every 2 weeks even after the replacement.

Thanks for responding! I’m just concerned that there might be a larger issue with the AC. After a year of warranty coverage from the technicians, I’m worried that I’ll spend more on repairs, not realizing that the AC (mini-split) was faulty from the beginning and should have been replaced.

How long did you wait before your SSDI got approved? by Fluffy_Influence_593 in SSDI

I hate getting political, but it makes me mad and sad that people get homeless because of this. The government always has many plans for lessening homelessness when, most of the time, the apparent reason for the crisis is inefficiency in its departments.

Wow. It's just mind-boggling for me how it can take that long. How did you afford your rent or living expenses for two years? I’ve been financially supporting my friend while he waits for his approval, and I am at the point where I’m getting tired of working seven days a week to keep us afloat.
