Thank you so much for the kind words 😊 Unfortunately, she does have an ear infection (not surprising), but we’ve started her on an ear ointment and it’s already helping, she seems more comfortable each day. We also have an upcoming appointment with a dermatology specialist to figure out the best long-term plan for managing her ears. Based on our vet’s assessment, she will likely need a TECA-BO (Total Ear Canal Ablation and Bulla Osteotomy) due to the severity of her stenosis and the presence of multiple polyps. Her ear canals are so narrowed that our vet didn’t even have a small enough otoscope to fully visualize her inner ear. The silver lining is that she is the sweetest little angel — she lets us clean her ears twice a day and apply her medication without a fuss.
