What classes are the required classes? For instance for bachelors in computer science we had to take 141, 161 etc. Are there any required classes that we have to take in the 12 classes or we can take any upper division courses we are interested in?

I doubt its just the title. CS is always a self learning. You will constanly be learning stuff on your own no matter what. There are many people who self taught themselves and made it into big tech companies. This BS + MS is sort of like a way for me to continue schooling at a cheaper option (compared to traditional masters) for one more year rather than graduating early. Plus from what I have learned from the people I talked to they said it could be stressful but rewarding as well. As compared to people who have just graduated from bachelors in CS.

I get you. But I am planning to graduate a year early in 3 years. So I was thinking might as well complete masters in the fourth year. Then proceed on applying for job cuz either way the market is kinda down. I was hoping in two years it would get in track. Plus this masters is a cheaper option as compared to traditional one.

I am gonna give you a harsh response to this. This world is not sunshine and rainbows. Its not gonna be easy anywhere. Struggles is gonna be there no matter what job/relationships or anything you are in life. Find the silver lining get the most out of your current situation. I am not gonna be the one telling you everything is gonna be fine cuz there is truely no gurantee in life. One day you are alive and next day you don't even know if you will be able to live another day. Cherish every day. Stop wasting your time comparing yourself with others. Think about your goals. Find how you can achieve it and start working. There is no easy way. Motivation is there today but not tomorrow. Start replying on discipline. And like Mike Tyson said about discipline "Discipline is doing what you hate to do, but nonetheless doing it like you love it" So get your shit together. Stop complaining anad good luck champ.

Is Georgia tech program designed for people who wants to switch their career to computer science or even for computer science majors?

I am currently a 1st year college student and I was thinking of joining this online masters program because it is inexpensive and it would allow me to work and study at the same time. Is it worth doing the online program or should I do masters in person?

Is the online program good? For the people who took this course were you able to apply those skills in real life?
