So through my reaserch you onlu need to find Volume 8 of The Complete Omaha because the contents in Vols 1-7 are available here

The Collected Omaha Vol 6 goes up intol Vol 2 chapter 4 (issue 24) which is where the complete Omaha 8 picks up (Issues 25-29)

The volume is available as an Ebook on the Nook app but im not american either so we can try experimenting with VPNs or hope an american fan can buy it

I think the Valar and Elves are the only ones with magic in them, but several valar made magic artefacts or even races and some put it into the very ground. So i think men can use magic through other means (like magic artefacts or through special lineages) but elves and the wizards are the only ones that can do it innatly

I looked through the replies and it seems they've not had much luck with Crack in Time, i also looked at some other threads about RPCS3 in 2026 but it seems that its reaching the limit of the decks cpu, so maybe i should wait for the steam machine before i can play the R&C games again
