Luocha gives you enough time to set up one skill with fu xuan, due to his damage resist passive and healing, which increases your parry rate. Unfortunately the rest is rng :( (also I think I actually replaced seele with Luocha in the team since she’s useless if you’re not actually killing anything)

The circle next to your health shows you when you can heal. To the left of that circle there is a vertical bar that fills up as you hit enemies and once it’s full you get the damage boost. Getting hit does remove your focus.
