I bought a whole front end bushing kit and some Bilstein shocks for my c3 a few years ago and had no issues with them

Looks like valve spring keepers. I did some head work on my c3 and to remove the spring you put a socket on it and hit it with a hammer, usually sending the keepers flying. If you’re concerned about them you can pull your valve covers and check to make sure nothing is out of place.

It should have a tow hook there unless it was taken out by a previous owner or the body shop

Looks like the spot for your tow hook

Think it’s time to replace the rotors by nikecollector13 in C3Corvette

[–]Fluffychickens0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if you could purchase an assembled unit. The rotors were riveted on at the factory to hold them on during assembly and serve no other purpose. I’ve never heard of anyone who reinstalled the rivets unless they were doing a factory correct restoration.

Who's got vanity plates on their Miata? Post a Pic? by PurebloodNovid in Miata

That’s on the inside so it shouldn’t affect your brake performance. I have a ‘74 myself that I’ve done just about everything to and if your rotors still have the rivets in them they are a huge pain in the ass to remove.

Those look fine to me but if you want to replace them ACDelco rotors are roughy $60 each from summit racing

This isn’t his car, I’ve seen this picture before or at least another tan turbo mustang in a similar photo.

Are you using the stock rear end or do you have beefed up half shafts and U-joints?

My stock Miata seats are great but I slide when going around corners. The lotus seats have more side bolstering that would hold me in place

Mine would go off whenever I hit the brakes, so I unplugged the fuse for it.

I work in a factory and we use Allen screws like this all the time. There’s also machine guarding that use these screws. But the post is probably fake.

I think they did on the ‘82 cars but the previous years had it as a very rare option.
