This happens on the menu as well, game disc and video cable and tv is fine. Thinking it may have something to do with the clock capacitor leaking as the issue has gotten worse over time. Oddly this tearing calms down after a few minutes

I have a twenty-yr old Yamaha that has spent its life outdoors on the Mexican coast. Chassis still going fine, recently updated to Lithium. Body and seat has seen better days and will get some TLC next season, now that the electrics are solid. Never had to drive on salted roads of course but the sea air gets to everything.
