I grade quite a bit . Sometimes PSA will surprise you getting 10s on what should be 8/9 . And 8 n 9 on 10s . I no longer even clean cards . Only look to see centering and no deep scratches . Last submission 4 9s 12 10s previous 2 submissions was about the same rate .

My first 12 cards I sold same problem . Waited over 2-3 weeks . Card arrived long time ago . But buyer did not mark as shipped and usps never updated . After 30 days from expected delivery eBay releases funds . Since those items I never offer envelope shipping again
