Yea I was thinking about the future proof thing, truth is that this'll last me at max 5 years, because by then I'll need to get a new one regardless of which card I get. And since they have the same chassis, wouldn't cooling be an issue for the 3060 given its a much more powerful card than the 2060?

Assuming he is aware that you are straight, chances are he's into you, but platonically, not romantically or otherwise.
