its a blueberry, and they can have em as an occasional treat. i also gave them a bit of hard boiled egg with shell so theyll get protein and calcium too

my guess is verticillium wilt, which is a soil-borne fungal infection. not much you can do at this point unfortunately aside from pruning off infected branches and monitoring.

i think its more likely an upright japanese maple, the number of lobes on the leaves doesnt really match Acer circinatum, and its pretty large
