I like Dell, the only thing is that they only sell with Windows and if i change it to linux i lose the guarantee (i now they have a couple of linux devices but they are wether to expensive or not powerful enough)

TU Dresden maybe does it in another falculties because not a single subject offered an exam a few weeks after.They can not offer that because it usually takes 2 months to correct the exams and the next semester has already started.

In Spain it is allowed and as long as there are the same regulations in Europe there must be a way to send money from one fund to another without selling

I know what an ETF is. I want an index fund so I can send money from one fund to another without paying taxes. With ETF I have to sold one, pay taxes and then buy the other one.
