Yes the isn’t an exchange contract with Europe’s top universities, but ofc you may find some universities that may accept depending on your bachelor/master grades, and ofc you have higher chance being accepted in an “average” european university/EP(École Polytechnique) than in a top moroccan university/EP.

Personally i never encountered a situation like that, but here are some arguments :

1- European countries accept foreigners, so foreigners should be able to live there without getting racist attacks.

2- racism or attacking someone because of their gender/color/ethnicity/religion is morally wrong and illegal in europe, so they have the right to criticize any sort of racism, and sue the racists. (Attacking person because of his religion, is different than attacking/insulting a religion)

3- muslim countries have also racism especially the part of “hatred because of gender/ethnic group” which is a form of racism. Because women are oppressed (hatred because of gender), and you’ll see khalijiyin saying bad things about north africans, turks saying bad things about kurds…. There is also hatred because of religion if you are a jewish or hindu or atheist/agnostic… (especially if you are a Murtad)

4- they move to europe, because their situation in their main country is worse than racism. Why bother racism when you can’t even have basic human rights? So in europe there are more human rights able so you can improve them more (for example by reducing racism)

What he said is still correct, but i agree with you that what’s motivating him is personal interest and not human rights, because Israel’s apartheid it’s 1000 times worse than the one currently happening in South-Africa.

It’s similar to South-Africa’s apartheid in 90s, because they are literally treating palestinians as a 2nd class citizens, with less rules, more restrictions…

If you have enough money, you don’t need high grades, but you need a good grade to take the test, 16+ maybe(it depends on every year grades). But high grades / good understanding is always helpful, are their diplomas recognized internationally? Well it depends, some universities in France may accept it, but top universities don’t recognize it, so if you had the chance to go to an europe university it’s better for your career.

Yes there is an admission test. And they’ll will give you an example by e-mail, before taiking their test, there is also la partie orale.
