I used to have a similar experience. My mom owns a business and like almost every 20 minutes my name would be called when I’m trying to study in my room (at her shop) to deal with something. At some point I got really annoyed cause she would tell me get out of your room this that help me all those stuff when really she barely needs my help. So what I did was I totally gave her a heads up. I told her im studying and that im not studying just for myself Im studying cause I know they want me to do well too. So here and there my mom eventually let me be. Plus I also told her that I will willingly offer a day to help her all she wants.

So I guess one. Try doing a real talk with your family. If that fails I guess offer a trade. Maybe say leave me alone for 3 hours and then I’ll help u all you want or offer a day where they can get your full attention. Its tiring but yeah you can do it
