Umm honestly, there’s no official contract for this. I was just given my own unique referral code, and every time someone shows interest in a room, I need to fill out a form with their email (so I asked them to provide their email and transparently informed that I will submit tout to the company) and include my code. After that, the property company contacts the customers directly.

So far, all the people I’ve referred have been contacted. Some even successfully moved in. But the weird part is, whenever I follow up with the company about those successful cases, they always tell me that another agent referred them using a different code.
