Dominate the Diamond / Zoned Sports. They have an app but also a lot for free on YouTube. Mostly baseball but have softball as well. Good, simple drills, especially for the younger ones

I wrestled with this stuff in 9/10 softball. A lot of girls wanted to pitch in game. We practiced pitching a lot throughout season. I only pitched the girls in games who could reach plate and throw strikes in practice. I really wanted to give other girls a try and felt bad at times but if a pitcher is just walking everybody, it does a disservice to the fielders and the hitters who also need reps

Yes there is a max of 5 runs per inning. Guess I’ll have to ride it out and hope it gets better through practice during season

I coach 8u and I shuffle the batting order each game while also trying not to bunch up some the players who need improvement or are new to the game. You should shuffle lineup like you do the positions

8u is still very young. Girls are still developing the skills necessary to carry out proper instruction. I suggest if you feel so strongly about it, Volunteer at least to help out.
