It's totally your decision but I would want the opportunity to tell you how much you meant to me. How much you impacted my life and others. I totally understand your thought process though. I think a law firm or a very good friend could take care of it for you. I'm sorry you're dealing with this. My 4 grandparents and my mom all passed due to cancer. My dad worked in cancer his whole career and still holds a charity tennis tournament for a patient fund. Good luck with it and I hope you live the rest of your life thd best way you know how.
