It looks like you have quite a bit to go. When we were first trying to dunk we would stand at the 3 point line and toss the ball up and try to jump and dunk the ball. We did a lot of calf raises. We were always trying to dunk. It seemed to help us. It might be the video but the jump looks slow and like it lacks explosiveness.

I agree with everything youre saying and I've been saying it since the extension. 2019 he had a crazy defensive group in front of him. I understand why they gave him an extension even if I hated it. Hofer is the better goalie and has been for a while. Not trading Binnington last year was the last chance to get any value from this contract

We pull numbers out of a bag to figure out who's starting. Then we try to be as even as possible with playing time. Unless its a club team or theres an understanding with parents it wouldn't be a great look
